Kaulbach Assisted Living at The Manor is currently closed for renovation, with expected completion in early 2025. The facility will include 60 beds, including 18 memory care Type B beds. Kaulbach Assisted Living will bridge the gap between independent living and the need for 24-hour nursing care. Assisted living is ideal for seniors who are mostly independent, but desire help with day-to-day activities. The new facility will include licensed nursing staff members who will be available 24-hours a day to assist you or your loved one with medication management, dressing, bathing and many more aspects associated with assisted living. Our dedicated Transitional Care Unit at The Manor Health Care provides a bridge between hospital and home, offering excellent rehabilitative care in an environment that is dedicated to quick recovery and returning home as quickly as possible. Morningside Transitional Care’s Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program provides patients with a comprehensive respiratory assessment and a complete physical evaluation upon admission. An individualized plan of care is created by our interdisciplinary team based off the physician’s recommendations and protocols.
