Dear Residents, Family Members, and Friends of Morningside Ministries,

In adherence to the state mandate that requires all senior living communities be tested for COVID-19, we are pleased to inform you that residents of our Meadows campus received testing and residents of our Menger Springs campus will be tested this weekend. While we await the results of these tests, we continue to implement COVID-19 protocols at our community under the guidance of the CDC, the Texas Department of Health and Human services, as well as local health agencies.

Though the state of Texas continues to reopen, our visitation restrictions, along with the mandatory use of face masks at our communities remains enforced in an abundance of caution for the safety and well-being of Morningside residents. In addition, our Executive Team is strategically beginning to work within local and state parameters to create a potential step-by-step plan for relaxing restrictions at our communities. Should any changes occur in our rules and regulations regarding COVID-19, you will be promptly notified.
