Dear Residents, Family Members, and Friends of Morningside Ministries,

Per the state issued mandate, Skilled Nursing residents and staff at both of our communities were tested for COVID-19. All tests at our Meadows campus came back negative and we are still waiting for results from our Menger Springs campus. Our communities continue to enforce the highest of safety measures and that’s why we are happy to report at this point that no news is good news.

In spite of the negative test results, we continue to implement COVID-19 protocols at both of our communities under the guidance of the CDC, the Texas Department of Health and Human services, as well as local health agencies. With that being said, our visitation restrictions, along with the mandatory use of face masks at our communities remains enforced in an abundance of caution for the safety and well-being of Morningside residents.

We remain cautious in loosening restrictions around our communities and continue to adhere to state and local guidelines while also being mindful of rising cases in Texas. Should any changes occur in our rules and regulations regarding COVID-19, visitations, or restrictions you will be promptly notified.
