Dear Residents, Family Members, and Friends of Morningside Ministries,

As the state of Texas begins to reopen, our visitation restrictions, along with the mandatory use of face masks at our communities remain enforced. Our priority continues to be the safety and well-being of Morningside residents while we work with local officials to comply with the state mandate, which requires all staff and residents of nursing homes to be tested for COVID-19 within the next 30 days.

In addition, our Executive Team is strategically beginning to work within local and state parameters to create a potential step-by-step plan for relaxing restrictions at our communities. Should any changes occur in our rules and regulations regarding COVID-19, you will be promptly notified.
